This page is for independent contractors, not for job seekers. Japanesecrime Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have pest or wildlife problems with providers in our network. If you run your own pest business, you may want to be part of that.

There are no employee positions here. You keep running your company your way.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homeowners across the Fort Lauderdale area and work in one or more of these areas:

• General and residential pest control
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Bed bug treatment

Providers who know humid, storm-prone coastal conditions and local block-and-slab construction are a good fit.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their homes, so we hold providers to a simple standard:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Explain findings and options in plain language
• Give written quotes before starting work
• Keep homeowners informed about visits and follow-up
• Treat every referred caller with respect
• Make no claims on our behalf that we have not approved

What Providers Should Know

Some people think a referral network hands out a steady stream of work. It does not. Calls depend on homeowner demand, your service area and your availability. Be honest about what you can take on.
