How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Japanesecrime Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Japanesecrime Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly miss our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Japanesecrime Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Florida.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@japanesecrime.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Once we have a view, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
